The Organic Principe Pignatelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is obtained from the “Leccino”,“White Paesana”, “Black Paesana”, “Aurina” and “Sperone di Gallo” varieties, coming from the ancient Principe Pignatelli estates and cultivated according to the organic farming procedures. It has an intense yellow color and a middle-light taste with a fresh olives and almonds aftertaste.
This organic olive oil is excellent with fish and some kind of shellfish.
