This condiment is obtained by simultaneously squeezing Sorrento fresh lemons with newly
picked olives of the “Gentile di Larino” variety.
This procedure makes the oil absorb the characteristic perfume of the lemons. Suitable for all styles of Mediterranean cooking and best when added after cooking.
