The Classico Principe Pignatelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend obtained from a careful selection of “Gentile di Larino”, “Leccino”, “White Paesana” and “Black Paesana” olive monovarieties of Isernia and Alto Molise areas.
The Classico E.V.O. Oil is very appreciated, with a gold green color. The oil has a fruity taste with a lightly spicy aftertaste, excellent with every kind of dish.
